I used Groomly, then Antonio for many many years. With only a single exception in that time I have always been very pleased with the service. I must say that this morning’s haircut at Amersham was probably the best I have ever had. I don’t know name of the lady who cut my hair and she said she is normally at another branch – but really great haircut and I actually drew comments on it from friends which is a first – so this is just to say thank you and keep up the good work.

I’ve been using your Emily branch for the last 8 years or so, and without exception I ask for Kate each time, as she makes every visit feel like my first. Her skilled hair cutting, merged with her quick wit and relaxed demeanour, (even when busy) never ceases to amaze me. I would like to think, that her attention to detail, and her incredible banter when I attend the shop, was down to my own quick wit and boyish good looks! Alas I am deluded… she is just as wonderful to everyone!

Just want to say thank you for a brilliant service I had at your Antonio a few weeks ago. The staff were pleasant and very friendly especially the lady who did my hair cut. I think she was the manager there. If I remember her name began with a J… It was nice to see the manager getting stuck in and not being afraid to work. Overall an epic service. Well done.
